The AMP 1 team of Martin Watts, Mark Goldsworthy, Steve Gardner and Darren Bell won the team competition with a score of 98, ahead of Sauermann (82), and Mitsubishi Electric (80). Mark Goldsworthy also claimed the individual prize with 45 points, with AMP 2's Richard Archer (40) second and Steve Gardner (36) from AMP 1 third.
Logicool's Karl Richardson was called to the stage to make the Personality of the Year award presentation, only to find that he himself was the recipient chosen by the BSRA.
Nathan Leonard of Weatherite collected the Stan Bullock Memorial Award, recently renamed in recognition of the former BSRA secretary. Steve Smith of Ascott Analytical Equipment was runner-up and Luke Oakley of Oasis highly commended, with the presentations made by Ernie Bate of sponsor Sauermann.
Former Manchester United and Aston Villa striker Dwight Yorke played alongside the team from headline sponsors Mitsubishi Electric and later entertained guests during a fascinating question and answer session covering many aspects of his life and football career, from childhood in the Caribbean to Champions League glory.
A raffle raised £750 for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and that total was increased to almost £1,000 with the proceeds of jokers/mulligans from the day's play.
The golf and dinner both sold out and the event looks set to become a popular fixture on the industry calendar.
