Yorkshire-based air management manufacturer Mansfield Pollard is giving all its staff a £2,500 pay rise to help ease the cost of living crisis.
Lou Frankland, managing director, said: “To help assist with the recent rise in living costs, the board of directors have made the decision to award all staff a £2,500 per year pay rise.
"The pay rise is effective from 1st August 2022, applicable to all staff members serving longer than 12 weeks and is not affected by any recent pay reviews. The board of directors would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff members for their hard work and support over this past year.''
Mansfield Pollard is a specialist air management manufacturer based in Bradford for over 155 years, supplying into the healthcare, data centre and power generation markets.
