Trane acquires MTA

Trane has acquired MTA, an Italian-based manufacturer and distributor of sustainable solutions in industrial process cooling, air conditioning and air treatment.

Trane says the deal will strengthen its ability to bring efficient sustainable solutions to pharmaceutical, food and beverage and automotive industries in key markets.

MTA has almost 500 employees, mainly in Europe,with manufacturing sites in Tribano and Conselve, Italy.
