The Institute of Refrigeration is looking for the next winner of the J&E Hall International Gold Medal awarded for innovations in refrigeration.
The medal, now in its 39th year, is a widely respected award which recognises outstanding technical achievements in refrigeration and related fields. Past winners include both teams and individuals in areas such as practical applications of innovative designs, projects which have made an original contribution to the field, systems which demonstrate substantial potential and evidence that they will be completed successfully and outstanding and significant work in a new or unusual area.
The winner receives the medal at the annual Institute of Refrigeration dinner in London. They hold the medal for a year and win, keep a silver replica and win £5,000.
