Transtherm matched its turnover from the 2014-2015 financial year in first eight months of this year. They expect to have increased their turnover by about 50% by April 2016. The company put this success down to better economies of scale and maintaining quality while reducing their costs, which means they have been more competitive price against foreign competition.
Another factor in their good news, is the flexibility and technical knowledge which their 32-strong team offers. This sets them against their competitors and helps their customers with their energy efficiency needs more effectively.
The business is not complacent, however. Given the increasing international interest in and pressure to provide solutions to prevent climate change, Transtherm believes its outlook is positive. Many of its systems are used at renewable energy plants and data centres where energy efficiency is paramount.
