In an uncertain global community, there are many questions about the impact of EU policy and global accords on the UK government energy and environment strategy. The event aims to clarify some of the questions RACHP professionals may have and also give a platform to express views on how the industry should handle current opportunities and challenges.
Speakers include Andy Pearson, IOR Technical Committee Chairman, Andrea Voigt, European Partnership for Energy, and Greg Arrowsmith, the Association of European Renewable Energy Research Centre. The event will simulate discussions in the RACHP community and explore:
- What have been the drivers and successes to date in achieving energy efficiency savings and lowering emissions?
- What are our options?
- What new solutions are likely to present themselves?
- How should we in the UK put these in an international context?
The event is free for IRC and SIRACH members and will be followed by two IOR Evening Papers – technical presentations on climate-friendlier truck refrigeration and domestic fridge safety. To book your place visit the IOR website, click here.
