Cordant Projects will play a key role in the development of 11 hotels across the UK. The company will provide a range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) services during the construction of the Moxy Hotels under a framework agreement with Vastint Hospitality. Under the terms of the £19.6 million deal, Cordant Projects, part of the Cordant Group, will be primarily responsible for the design and build of all the M&E aspects of the 11 hotels. |
The remit includes all heating, air conditioning, lighting, ventilation, electrics and digital installations. In addition, Cordant Projects will utilise its experience to design and fit internal sprinkler systems within each room, as well as throughout corridors and other public areas of the hotels.
