FSW is working in partnership with training specialists Business Edge to offer a one-day CO2 training course concentrating on the wholesaler's new range of Profroid QuietCOOL packaged condensing units.
The course is designed to enable technicians to plan and undertake installation and commissioning of trans-critical condensing units and is open to all F-Gas qualified technicians who hold a current certificate. Detailed course notes are provided for each candidate and certificates of competency will be issued by Logic Certification.

AMP dominated proceedings on the golf course, Karl Richardson of Logicool was named Personality of the Year and Weatherite's Nathan Leonard was honoured as Apprentice of the Year at the Birmingham Society of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (BSRA) Annual Golf and Dinner celebration at The Belfry.
David MacQueen received the Kooltech Award for his contribution to the industry at the Scottish IOR Dinner in Glasgow.
Independent distributor MacQueen Air Conditioning was set up in Glasgow in 1980 and played a key role in helping Daikin’s growth in the UK. David MacQueen later served as a director of Daikin UK before leaving in 2008.
Turner (Dundee) apprentice John Thompson, a student at Glasgow Kelvin College, was named Apprentice of the Year.
