Nuaire has supplied Boxer Bespoke air handling units (AHU) and XBC heat recovery units to the University Arms Hotel, Cambridge as part of a major redevelopment project.
The University Arms Hotel in Cambridge first opened its doors in 1834 as the city’s first hotel. It has now reopened after an £80m transformation, which combined a complex heat recovery retrofit with a sympathetic restoration scheme.
The college now has Fujitsu heating and air conditioning systems, donated by the firm, on which to train its apprentice engineers on heat recovery technology. Fujitsu installed the new equipment in the college's Lisburn campus which will help existing engineers and apprentices to learn new heat recovery skills.
