Bitzer UK recently trained around 45 engineers and service staff from Leeds-based Airedale International Air Conditioning on its new CSVH range of high efficiency compact inverter screw compressors.
Airedale is planning a roll-out of the latest efficient, high performance chillers which use Bitzer's CSVH screw compressor.
Bitzer UK training manager, Marcus Levy, said:
“The aim was to provide Airedale engineers with a comprehensive overview and technical understanding of the principles and application of the CSVH range. It provided a solid grounding in its application, installation, commissioning and service and maintenance. From feedback received, it was a valuable three days for everyone who attended.”
The company trains up to 16 people at a time and Bitzer ran three especially designed one-day courses for Airedale to help its staff get ready for its own new product launch. Bitzer has a company-wide initiative on training to develop its business globally, marked by the opening of its flagship training centre late last year, namely the Schaufler Academy, at Rottenburg-Ergenzingen in Germany.
